About the Role
We are currently seeking qualified and committed Carers/Support Workers to join our growing team in the Grampians Region of Victoria. As a frontline team member, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals within our community.
Requirements
Current Working with Children Check (WWC)
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's License and reliable insured transport
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
Previous experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with the right values
Strong Communication Skills and a respectful, client focused approach
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, (including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends)
